We liked the helpfulness and hospitality of the staff and the housekeeping is really awesome. We stayed for 7 days and our rooms were cleaned thoroughly daily. They still changed the towels and sheets even though we've placed the signs that there's no need to. Water, coffee, tea, complimentary drinks, toiletries were replenished daily as well. The concierge were very attentive as well they always help when they see people carrying lots of stuff from outside. We loved the location because it was near an MRT station and a little mall with many of restaurants. We will definitely book at Mandarin again on our next trip to Bangkok.

The place was within walking distance of Sam Yan Mitrtown and the San Yan MRT station. The room was made up every day, guests had complimentary access to what's in the mini bar, and the breakfast included with the booking was convenient for those who had to head out early. The location is quiet and well-lighted, with traffic lights to help pedestrians cross the street.

Breakfast is good and has plenty of choices but not much difference for my four days' stay. The free wifi in the room is poor, very slow. I have to use my mobile phone card to provide a hotspot for my ipad. The location is good, the MRT is just opposite to the hotel, just 2 minutes's walk. The premier room provides free water and 2 soft drinks everyday.

Breakfast was good too.
